Yes. Before adding the sign to your cart, you can review the text, font, colours, dimensions and selected options in the Design Proof. You can go back and make changes before continuing.

This on-screen review is separate from mock-up approval. If you would also like to receive a mock-up by email before production, select mock-up approval when placing your order.

Yes. Use the Share button in the Online Design Studio to create a link to your design. You can send it to a colleague, client, friend or anyone else involved in the decision before placing the order.

Yes. We can produce most logos, lettering and original artwork as an LED neon sign. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF give the best result, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is also suitable. If you only have a screenshot, send it and our team can assess it.

For very small or detailed elements, we may recommend combining LED neon with UV printing so the finished design stays clear and recognisable.

The price depends on the overall size, amount of LED neon, design complexity, indoor or outdoor use, backboard finish and cut, mounting requirements, RGB selection and delivery speed.

The online text designer updates the price as you configure the sign. For a logo, artwork or project order, we provide a clear quotation showing the approved dimensions, included components, applicable taxes, standard delivery and any selected extras before payment.

Measure the usable wall width or send us a photo of the space with its dimensions. The right size depends on the proportions of the design, the available area and the intended viewing distance. Fine lines or small lettering may require a larger minimum size to remain clear.

We offer 13 standard LED colours: Blue, Purple, Green, White, Warm White, Yellow, Gold, Orange, Rose Red, Pink, Peach, Red and Ice Blue. The tubing remains the selected colour when the sign is off, while Warm White appears white when unlit.

Backboards can be cut to shape, letter-shaped or rectangular. Available acrylic finishes include clear, white, black, gold, gold mirror and silver mirror, with custom UV-printed backgrounds available for suitable designs.

An RGB sign offers six selectable colours: red, yellow, blue, purple, white and green. Use the remote control to choose a fixed colour or a colour-changing mode. The sign remembers the last setting when it is switched on again.

A standard 12V order includes the sign, a suitable power supply and installation guidance. Single-colour signs use a dimmer and remote when included in the selected setup; RGB signs require an RGB controller and remote. Wall-mounting and hanging kits are generally included. Choose the mounting option that suits your space; contents can vary by configuration.

The hanging kit has one 90 cm chain and two circular snap hooks. The standard cable setup is a 1.5 metre transparent sign cable and a 1.5 metre power-supply cable. You can request a transparent sign cable up to 3 metres before production; longer runs are not recommended. We supply a plug for the delivery country.

Our standard 5V USB signs come in the designs and sizes shown on the product page. They are usually made to order and are not normally held in ready-to-ship stock, unless the listing states otherwise.

For an eligible, non-personalized 5V USB design, you may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, whether it was supplied from stock or made after ordering. Signs made with your own text, logo, artwork or a bespoke design follow the personalized-product conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Our signs are made to order with specialist production partners, including production in China. The production route depends on the product and project requirements. The Art Neon Canada is operated by Enseignes The Art Neon Inc. in Québec.

Most signs can be wall-mounted with the supplied standoffs or hung using the supplied chain and snap hooks. Adhesive strips can be requested for compatible lightweight signs on suitable indoor surfaces. Selected designs can also be prepared with an acrylic stand or acrylic box when agreed before production.

The outdoor sign body is IP67. If the power supply stays indoors, the included standard power supply can be used. If the power supply will remain outdoors, select the separately priced outdoor-rated power supply.

The single-colour dimmer, RGB controller and remote control are not waterproof. Keep them indoors or inside a suitable weatherproof enclosure. An outdoor-rated power supply does not make the dimmer or RGB controller waterproof.

Yes, but any fixed electrical connection must be assessed and completed by a qualified electrician. Otherwise, the sign connects to a standard socket through the supplied low-voltage power supply.

For delivery in Canada, Standard production and delivery usually take approximately 2–3 weeks in total. Express usually takes 10–12 calendar days in total, subject to availability. These estimates apply to indoor and outdoor signs.

Larger multi-sign and multi-location orders are normally planned at 30–45 days after final design approval and payment. The written quotation confirms the schedule based on the quantity, design variations and delivery locations.

Tracking is sent by email after production is complete and the order is prepared for carrier handover. You can also open the order link in the original confirmation email to see the latest shipping status and tracking details.

The two-year commercial warranty begins on the date the order is received. It covers the LED neon sign, the supplied standard or outdoor-rated power supply, dimmer, RGB controller and remote control when used as instructed, including outdoor products. To identify the affected part, we may ask for photos, a short video or a simple connection test before confirming the next step.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, physical damage, unauthorised changes or exposing non-waterproof components to water is not covered. This warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Report transit damage as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours of delivery. Keep the product, outer box and all internal packaging, and do not install the sign until our team has reviewed the case. Send clear photos of the damaged area, packaging and shipping label. We may also ask for a short video.

If a part is missing, send your order number and a photo showing everything received. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Personalized signs are made to your specifications and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Eligible 5V USB products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. A bulk or professional project can include different logos, wording, colours, sizes and delivery locations. Each sign is produced from the mock-up and technical details approved for that item. Use the bulk project brief to share the quantity, destinations and required date.
