The story behind the brand
The Art Neon brand began in Seinäjoki, Finland, in 2022, when two brothers started making LED neon signs with a CNC machine in a small home workspace. Early projects brought light to local cafés, events and homes.
Today, The Art Neon Canada is operated by Enseignes The Art Neon Inc., a separate company registered in Québec. We bring that practical approach to customers across Canada: understand the space, refine the design and keep the details clear from quote to delivery.

Specialist production partners
Our signs are made to order with specialist production partners, including production in China. The production route depends on the product and project requirements.
Quality, delivery & aftercare
Each sign moves through quality control and protective packing before delivery. Installation guidance, customer support and the published two-year warranty remain available after arrival.

How a made-to-order project works
Each stage keeps the design, order details and expectations clear before the sign moves forward.
Start with the exact wording, logo or artwork, plus the approximate size, indoor or outdoor use, destination and any deadline.
Use the Online Design Studio for text and available icons. Request a tailored quote for logos, custom artwork, a different font or additional specifications.
If you request a mockup with your paid online order, we email it within 24–48 hours. Approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we receive no reply, it is treated as approved and production begins. This deadline is stated in the email.
The sign is produced from the selected or approved design, checked, packed and shipped. Installation guidance and customer support remain available after delivery.

The Art Neon Standard

Backing, mounting and cable direction are considered within the order. Unusual locations may require a qualified local professional.
Eligible defects in the sign and included components are covered for two years from the delivery date under the published warranty terms.

Personalized signs are made to the selected or approved specifications and are not treated like standard stock products. The current Return Policy explains the applicable return limits and the remedies available for faulty or damaged items.
The two-year warranty begins on the delivery date and covers eligible defects in the sign and included components, including the RGB controller and outdoor adapter, under the published warranty terms.
